Called Sam (the owner) around lunch time and he was at my house in the next 30 minutes.  Breaching water in basement, he pulled out carpet and pad, cut out impacted drywall and placed blowers throughout affected area.  He was efficient, friendly and helpful identifying next steps for mitigation corrective action.  Came back two days later, and repeated the process (after another rainfall), water now entering an adjoining bedroom.  More blowers, pulled out more carper and pad but saved the room form damage getting any worse.  Extremely happy with his service and professional demeanor.  Pricing was very fair for the effort, time and care he put in over the course of what turned about to be a two week span.
